Most salons make you wait, guess the price, and hope for the best. We built MIRROR in 2014 on TTK Road with a different contract: your time is the luxury. Every appointment is engineered to the minute — consultation, service, finish — so the chair is warm when you arrive and yours until the last spritz.
Our floor is unisex by design and unhurried by policy. Twenty-two artists across four transparent levels, a colour lab stocked with Olaplex and Kerastase, a skin studio run by certified aestheticians, and a bridal atelier that has dressed over 400 Chennai brides.
You'll know your stylist's level, your price, and your finish time — before you sit down. That's the Mirror way.
No-wait promise
Slots are engineered with buffer time. If we ever keep you waiting past 10 minutes, the blow-dry is on the house.

Four stylist levels, four clear multipliers. Pick a Director for a transformation or New Talent for a great-value trim.
Salon-only brands
Olaplex, Kerastase, Dermalogica and Dyson on every station. If we won't use it on our own hair, it doesn't enter the floor.
